Loving County Clerk's Office will not be accepting electronic filing due to the implementation of new case management software starting July 28,2023 @ 4PM through July 31, 2023 @ 12 AM. Any electronic filings submitted after the 4PM deadline on July 28th will be rejected and will need to be resubmitted after 12AM on July 31.
